Hot tub closed and pool was cloudy. I asked to check out early and there was no manager there to talk to for 3 days.

The room was very nice, however the draperies were a problem. They were motorized and the remote was not working. A staff closed them by standing on a stool and forcing them closed. At midnight they opened automatically, waking us up as the bright lights from outside were certainly not conducive for sleeping. The same problem happened the following night. This was very disturbing and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
