I was impressed.

The room and the dishes were so dirty

Charged a fee for parking and checking in an hour early

Clean Bathroom fan barely works

Wish there was more fresh fruit at the breakfast and they were out of oatmeal at 830a. If the breakfast is available till 10a, it would be nice if things could be replenished

Clean room with comfortable bed. Internet connectivity was hard to set up and breakfast was so so. Staff was very nice!

Mike at the front desk was wonderful! Friendly and helpful! The stairs lol but it was my choice to take them.

The shower was tepid. It was one of the most disappointing showers I have ever had. I cranked the hot water to the max, and I got room temp water. The staff implied the would speak with maintenance but in the end, didn't help fix my problem. If you want to go back and relax with a movie on their TV, good luck. Everything has to buffer every 15 seconds or so.

The suite was very clean, looked new and had a great layout! Staff qas very nice and the breakfast above average.

The staff were lovely and so helpful, the presentation of the apartment exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was delicious

I liked the location and one of the staff members, Susan, was super hlepful. She was understanding and able to accomodate a room change that I requested. One morning there wasn't enough staff and so breakfast wasn't available. The walls are very thin. The first room I was placed in was just under the stairs, by the outside door, and next to the pool and housekeeping. I was woken up multiple times with the noise. I did request a different room the next day and I was able to switch.

No break

I chose to stay here on Thanksgiving eve because I needed a room with a full kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the staff they were extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. My sons favorite part was the proximity to the airplane restaurant.

Young lady who checked my daughter and I in was very pleasant and assisted us fully.
