Any of the staff were so friendly, the rooms were clean, sofa bed certainly had wear on it. Saw a few bugs.

The proximity to Fort Jackson and shopping areas was great. The mattress was very lumpy like the springs or coils were bad. The ironing board was broken, the bathroom sink faucet for the hot water was on backwards and when you turn the water on low it poured out the back of the faucets. There were no toiletries in the bathroom on the sink like hand soap. There was very limited parking.

There were NO towels for the 3 days. I had to go buy some at Walmart. I feel I should get a partial refund. No towels. Rest room by lobby and pool filthy and the toilet wasn't seated to floor and leaked all over the floor.

The breakfast was really good! But sometimes I think they were short staff at night, the didn’t have towels! Sometimes the other guest were loud and weird sometimes.

Place not clean, trash everywhere, everything in the workout room was broken and did not work. we were there 3 days and didn’t have towels in the third day, a couple of the employees were acted like they didn’t want anyone to ask them questions or talk to them at all. sheets and pillow cases were dirty and i’m pretty sure the same sheets were used on our bed after we left and they just remade the bed

Nothing Filthy dirty. Broken shower. Un safe people inside and outside hotel. It was a real dump! We left after 1 unsafe night from hell

There was no cleaning staff or at least not enough. We had to switch rooms twice because the rooms were not cleaned.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, aunque en la habitación de mi hermano, en el baño, la bañera no tenía cortina. Por otro lado, desde el primer día la llave de la habitación no abría. Al parecer era un problema con la batería de la cerradura de la puerta pero nunca la cambiaron, cada vez que teníamos que entrar a la habitación había que esperar por alguien que nos abriera. El desayuno estaba excelente todos los días.

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel Bathroom was really run down. The safety lock on the door was broken and not able to lock the safety lock. The curtains were falling apart and not able to keep the outside light out. Hallway smelled like weed, police carrying little bags of white stuff to his car. Parking was really limited.

Location to interstate Bugs and roaches crawling along the wall in the dining area. Made it uncomfortable to eat the danishes and cereal.
