Great location and a fun historic building. Rooms are dated (floors creak, old windows that were filthy) but it has a certain level of charm and character as compared to a new hotel that is very sterile feeling.

One of favorite hotels when we come to town. Excellent service as usual but there wasn't any hot water in the shower. Other than that the stay was fine

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Try to stay in higher floors though, as this is an old building and the nights could be very loud.

Was charged a 150 dollar in room fee that I don't even know what for. I didn't buy or order anything from hotel or on tv. They won't call me back I can't even imagine what they offer that costs as much as the room. I guess I'm gonna contact my credit card and dispute it.
