Reservation was for 2 queen beds with garden view. When we get there of course they don't have that room available. They give us a king size bed and a view of the parking lot. The room was not very clean; under the sink looked like some spilled coffee on the wall, couch had some questionable stains on it, trash can had something caked inside it, and dirt spots on the bathroom walls. Bathroom door got stuck shut and we couldn't open it. Went to the front desk and she said she would contact maintenence. Got back from dinner and door wasn't fixed. Went back to the front desk and was told that maintenance may not be on the property so it wouldn't get fixed till the morning. How do they expect you to go without a bathroom all night? Staff was not very helpful.

I loved the room. Check-in staff was great. I didn’t get to use any amenities but I loved that access was available. Only thing I didn’t ask about was a pool. But still really nice property.

I love The front desk they are very friendly but one lady wasn't but Danny made sure we was comfortable.a very sweet young lady always show use hospitality and is very friendly The Bathrooms Really need updating they don't drain good at all yes the bathrooms Really needs upgrading..and the breakfast is very good just wish they serve Bacon sometimes and scrambled eggs

Everyone with the staff was excellent and respectful!! Location was really spot on for everything we needed to do.

Room was clean, a little smaller than expected. We did have trouble with the room lock but other than that we would definitely stay again, hotel was very nicely kept and staff was awesome. They were so nice and quickly met any needs we had. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning as we stayed 3 nights.
