The Staff was awesome They have a hidden charge. Room was 342$ for two nights. They charged my account 480$. 75$ for each night extra Incase I bought food etc.

Unfortunately, the first issue arose when I attempted to take my family to the pool. The pool was visibly dirty, so I reported it to the front desk. The staff informed me that maintenance was responsible for the pool, noted the issue, and stated that points would be added to my account as compensation. However, despite reporting the problem, the pool remained dirty for the entirety of my four-day stay. As a result, my family and I were unable to enjoy the pool as we had planned. My biggest concern came at checkout. I typically remove the sheets from the beds before leaving, and I was genuinely disgusted by the condition of the mattresses underneath. Seeing the state they were in raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. While the property made a good first impression, the lack of attention to the pool and the condition of the mattresses significantly impacted my experience.

This was our second time visiting this Hotel but this time the water pressure was so hard and forceful it irritated our skin and the mattress was way too hard. You have to pay for everything even the coffee and tea. Other than that it’s a beautiful property.

Was a great stay, property and amenities were excellent overall one of my better stays in my travels. Only suggestion is some anti slip precautions such as mat or strips, tub very slick.

I booked and paid for a king room through a third‑party. When I arrived the hotel was oversold and could not provide a king, so they moved me to a two‑queen room at a lower rate. The attendant charged me on‑site for the two nights instead of using my online payment. My charges were: $341.12 through the third‑party, $250.70 for the on‑site room charge, and $150 for incidentals. At check‑in I was told the $250.70 charge would be voided and that my bill would be adjusted for the room‑rate difference at checkout. At checkout they confirmed the $250.70 was voided and provided documentation, but refused to credit me for being charged for a king room when only two queens were available. I was not allowed to speak with a manager, was told nothing more could be done, and found the on‑site supervisor unprofessional and unhelpful.

I was out all day to come in and see the cleaning staff didn't refresh my room, no clean linens, towels and rooms not freshen up. Lovely place beautiful but that's the only upset.
