Loved the bar and fire pits

On the positive side, the hotel has a modern, contemporary feel and is very stylish. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was one of the highlights of the stay. The shower was large, and the overall layout of the room was comfortable and well-designed. Unfortunately, noise was a major issue during our visit. It sounded like a soccer team was staying in the room above us, with constant running, jumping, and stomping throughout the day and well into the night. We called the front desk and even went down in person to report the problem, but nothing seemed to be done to address it. As a result, getting any real rest was difficult. The hotel itself has a lot going for it, but better handling of guest noise complaints would have made a significant difference in our stay. If you're a heavy sleeper, you may not have the same experience, but for us, the noise and lack of response from staff were disappointing.

Free and readily available parking at a hotel in the city is always a win win!! Great accommodations for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great hotel near OSU.

We chose this location for its proximity to OSU stadium for a concert. The elevators were a pain to use but design of Aloft made them necessary for safety...sleek but not user friendly at all! The minimalism was so uninviting and function was weak. A banquette w/ a table, no other chairs. This forced someone to sit on the edge of the bed to converse with anyone at the banquette...too far for conversation. The toilet was not private at all, the bathroom was a "wet room" concept with toilet, shower and sink all together AND the METAL RACK was the closet! This room would have been fine for one person ONLY! So disappointed in the modern set-up, will never stay at an Aloft again.

Have stayed here many times close to nationwide arena without high price of hotels next to arena. Always nice and clean facilities

The staff went above and beyond because my fiancé is blind and they allow us to use a mop pole as a way to help him navigate since we forgot his cane
