Staff was super nice Dirty rooms, had to call room service for pillows, stained carpets, pool was disgusting.

Nice clean lobby with beautiful water fountain. The breakfast was deceit, with a chef to make personalized omelets. Close to the airport. Check in receptionists were not friendly. The sofa & carpet in the room was stained, also the refrigerator was rusted inside. Some nights when we returned to the hotel, there was unsavory people smoking marijuana by the front entrance. This hotel was pricey, so we expected it to be cleaned properly. We have stayed here before & remembering it being better.

We stayed in an end room that didnt get hot water. We had to turn on all the sinks in the room, let them run for 15 min before we would get hot water. So it made showering super fun. The elevator on multiple occasions had huge puddles of water from kids going to the pool.
