See below NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. UNACCEPTABLE! No shuttle service. Website claims they have shuttle service yet hotel does not offer shuttle service. Hotel not close to anything, you have to take Ubers everywhere. Food offered on site was pathetic!

The facility was very nicely designed and exceptionally clean, especially considering the area and the price point. It offered great value and exceeded my expectations. The microwave was clean, but unfortunately it was not functional. I arrived at the hotel fairly late for check-in and wanted to warm up some food, but the microwave would not open and continuously displayed “LOCKED” despite several attempts to unlock it. I called the front desk twice for assistance but received no answer. Since it was late, I eventually gave up on using the microwave and went to bed. While this was not a major issue, I do believe that for the price of the room, all appliances should be in proper working condition. Other than that, my stay was satisfactory.

Room was clean. Overall, the hotel was clean. It was easy to switch my stay to accommodate my dog. Friendly staff.

TV instructions were difficult. The guide didn’t tel what shows were on.

Good location, plenty spaces of parking, and natural good smell of hallways, not like some hotels has heavy colorax smell.

The room was clean. The amenities nice. The location good for our trip. I will say when my husband called to see if housekeeping found his glasses, no one called him back after multiple messages on different days. A simple call back to say no wouldn't have hurt anyone.

Only down side is they clean every other day and “forgot” to clean our room during our stay basically said oops when we asked why’s we were at a 4 day festival so we needed towels and trash taken.

Comfy beds and pleasant rooms! Dirty plate and cover still in room near ironing board and shelving. Room 215 was a lot of mechanical sounding noise in the morning.

Superb

Stayed 5 nights for Sonic Temple so were really just there to sleep. Good amount of parking. Clean establishment with excellent staff.

Unhelpful front desk staff and office manager. Room was comfortable.

Everything was amazing.

It was a busy weekend with a festival in town and I was able to get early check in
