Clean rooms but outdated kitchen.

We did encounter a minor issue with the shower, which we discussed with management. Aside from that, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and restful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the staff’s efforts to ensure our satisfaction.

They were able to accommodate us arriving early for a concert. Property was in a safe neighbourhood, and was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hot breakfast was really good with a great variety of things to eat. Would recommend staying here to anyone going to Columbus.

Upon arrival we had the pleasure of meeting the staff as they helped us get registered and gave us directions to the amenities. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils. The room was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We do not participate in breakfast as we had an early appointment. check out was as easy as the arrival. This is the second or third time we’ve stayed at this establishment and will always do that when we return to Columbus.

It was fine. Just a Homewood Suites ... nothing to get excited about.

My complaint is with EXPEDIA. I paid for a room w 2 queen beds. (We did a girls trip to see a concert) We were given a room w a king bed and sofa bed. When I call the front desk (they were very kind) he explained to me that EXPEDIA had changed my reservation to a king room. Since I booked through a third party, Homewood could not give me any type of discount. Lesson learned: NEVER book through EXPEDIA.

I loved the location. It was perfect. We walked to dinner almost every night. I thought the staff were extremely friendly. I liked the breakfast in the morning. The overall hotel was cleanly. I received a text upon arriving if everything was ok and if we needed anything. If we did need something for example, additional bath towels they arrived yo our room in a very short amount of time. So very accommodating. Our freezer in our room made a horrible sound on and off. We would have to open the freezer and hit the back of freezer to stop making noise. It did it during the night as well. Not sure what we could have done to rectify that. Also, I’m very surprised as to the way the children that came in on Friday evening I’m assuming for a soccer thing possibly were allowed to run through the hotel halls, the lobby area which we had enjoyed up until that evening was taken over by the group. The children were running through the lobby area and had a speaker with loud music going. I really didn’t think it was fair for the other guests that may have wanted to enjoy the area as well.

Room was large and bed comfortable. We were put in a handicap accessible room, which was fine for us. Breakfast was good with many options.

Free breakfast with great variety of choices. Large full kitchen and separate room with pull out sofa bed. Pool was cold
