The staff wasn't very nice

Too much money for overnight stay. Bed was horrible. Didn't feel like a normal king size mattress. Metal stairs to climb to 2nd floor were nasty looking. Couldn't take a bath bc no way to keep water in the tub so shower was only option. Bathroom needed improvements. Felt kinda like we were slumming it but paid over $500 for the room. Very disappointing and wont stay their again.

The only thing I liked was we could smoke in the room I don't know where to start. Don't stay here. Dirty, loud, and stuff are not great. Definitely not going back there.

It was a nice location. Plenty of shopping stores near and lots of restaurant choices. Room was very clean and it was a pleasant stay! All was good .

Dirty, 1 roll of toilet paper. Says it serves breakfast. But doesn't.

It was a place to sleep for the night Toilet was broken (water to it was not turned on fixed shortly after arrival), pillows were not clean, sheets didnt appear clean

We did not have the breakfast, but we did get checked in easy and things went fast and smooth. The front desk gal was super helpful and polite. I did not like the fact that we had an end room that when I opened the window we were blocked by the wall and we were right at the top of the steps.

The lady was rude told me I couldn't have guests even if they weren't staying overnight charged me $20 per person to have 2 guests come spend a few hours with us for bf birthday they charged a deposit. The top cover of the toilet tank was cracked when we got there I took Pic but they kept my deposit trying to say we broke it they are all rude I will never go back and I would never recommend it to my worst enemy let alone a friend The service the people working

Very frienbly and accommodating Convenient to a variety of restaurants and places Convenient to interstate Surprisingly quiet and peaceful The bedframe/base was a thin metal and very noisy. No refunds if checking out early

Location The cleaners stole from me while I was at work. So they went into my room mind you they didn't even clean when they went in there but they went in my room and stole some items from me. Told staff and they did nothing about it no free night nothing.
