The hotel lobby was inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The front desk associate who assisted with our check-in was not particularly welcoming, and a more friendly and engaging demeanor would have enhanced the experience, the guest room did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom was quite small, and the bedside table lights were not functioning properly, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

Beds were fine and staff was friendly Room was dirty, there was rust on appliances, bathroom was way too small and bathtub was dirty, floor was dirty, it all just felt gross

The rooms layout wasn't great, the bathroom was small and the a/c made a weird noise. The furniture and walls were marked/scuffed, the sink spout moved and the drains were slow.
