Room was scorching hot. Microwave didnt work. Asked for a replacement or to be fix but never showed up to repair it. Had to warm food up at gas stations. Tub filled with rust. Leak in ceiling where my clothes got soaked. Someone came into my room and turned off the ac unit. Room temp was 89°. Only one washer and dryer worked.

I stayed there almost two weeks ago. We were charged twice for our weekend stay and I have tried to make contact with the hotel via phone and email and the problem is still not solved. I'm very disappointed and I want my money back

The manager barged into my room accusing me of smoking a cig, I haven’t smoked since 2015.

Room they originally gave us was dirty including shower...ac didn't work..after they changed us rooms it was way better

The sink fixture was loose, and the sink water pressure was not good at all. The shower water pressure was a little bit better than a lot of other places, but still not great. Those are pretty much my only negatives. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable. Over all a good stay.

I need reimbursement, I had a reservation and they didn’t honor it, in fact they say, you pay expedia not to us so take it to them and I had to pay to them again.

Excellent room! Clean. Cozy. Quiet. Smelled very fresh. 1st floor is under renovation so theyre clearly improving. We will be back!

This property is being refurbished as we speak. As with so many hotels these days, they are ripping out the carpet and replacing with vinyl "wood" planks. I prefer the carpet. Nevertheless, this property is very convenient, clean, quiet on the back side, good ac, hot water, good tv, friendly staff, comfortable mattress.

Room just remodeled but still needs more to improve. Tub needs to be replaced and tub faucet needs to be replaced, very hard to adjust water temperature.

The female clerk called me about two minutes after I booked the room stating that they were overbooked and I wouldn’t be able to stay at the hotel and supposedly refunded me but haven’t received any confirmation on that yet also she wouldn’t give me number to corporate or let me speak to a manager and didn’t give her name
