The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.

Great for cheap fish camp. Rooms are clean no frills. Comfortable bed and satellite tv
-
It is close to shopping and restaurants

Shower looked new.. no shampoo or soap Bed was very uncomfortable, they had an old school window unit that barely cooled the room off, pillows was super small, parking lot was dirty very getto like. Stray cats everywhere, I booked a room and he said it was a smokers room and I had to pay $7 extra dollars for a non smoking room. Smelt like an old antique store, almost as bad as cigarette smell.

The location to the beaches and fishing spots is great. Baits shops too. A smell in the shower. Could use a scrubbing. Slow drains.

You get what you pay for. The price is spot on. This is not a luxury hotel. Its location to great fishing was the primary reason for my stay.

The place was near the Beach so I understand about things like sand but when I get out of the shower and am barefoot and I am putting on my socks and my feet look like I walked 2 miles with dirt from the floor in this room, i was grossed out and had to rinse my feet and walk with sandals inside my CLEAN ROOM?

I stayed in Room #3, budget room for under $50 a night, needed somewhere close to Clems Marina as we were going fishing in the morning. Pros:. The Bed was clean, had a TV and the Key Card for the door worked. Cons: No Hot Water in Sink or Shower!! Table But No Chair to Sit On. Floors and Window unit filter were not too clean.. They really need a Handy Man to get this Room in Shape.. if you don’t mind Roughing it out and I do mean Roughing it Out..then this room is for you.. I mean it beats sleeping in your car.. and it keeps you out of the elements.. My Buddy stayed in room #4 and it felt like a Suite compared to mine.. he had Hot water and chairs.Front office Man was Very Nice..

It was easter weekend, 2nights with at $150. Not bad, so you get what you paid for. At the counter there was a sign that said you could check out the room before you decide to stay (20min limit). That was awkward to see. It does look like they are slowly remodeling, floors and bathroom were pretty new looking. Stayed in RM 20 bottom floor of the blue building. Room smelt damp/moisture, but we left the door open for a bit and turned the ac on; smell went away pretty quickly. Beds weren’t horrible but probably could be replaced. No roaches or bugs, no leaks (rained pretty hard one day. Cable and fridge worked, there was a glass top for cooking; not sure if it worked (didn’t use it). Plenty of space for two people. Owner or worker at counter was nice. For the price I would book again. Parking is not the greatest, you can get blocked in if staying in the blue building.

Yes it was perfect

There was no microwave and no wifi

Nothing didn't stay. The gentleman working asked me if I wanted to see the room before I paid which was weird because I've never had a hotel/motel ask me that before so I said sure. Went by saw the unit and there was dirty footstep marks on the floor, a dirty bathmat on the floor, the bed sheets had yellow stains and pillow had black stains. I asked the tenant if he had clean sheets that I can change out and he said all of their sheets are like that. I decided to cancel and stay at the Motel 6 which was way better and the same price I was going to pay at this property.

I was offered to look at the property before paying, which was good. On the surface it looked ok. I had less than 20 minutes to inspect before being charged. I’d say this would be worth it if I paid 1/4 of what I paid. My biggest complaints were no washrags, no hair dryer, no bedside lamp, prison-like shampoo, mold in AC window unit, hair under the covers… pretty dingy overall but worked in a pinch. They’re also pretty quick to get you out if you go a few minutes past 11, even with only one other vehicle in the parking lot. The biggest perk was there’s a microwave, fridge and working TV. Oh, you’ll have to ask for the WiFi password. It’s not readily available. Highly recommend you bring your own washrags and toiletries and hairdryer…maybe even disinfectant spray. Parking was easy though. You can drive on up to the door. Guess that’s another perk.

There was a literal crackhead that opened my seven daughters car door and tried to hand her cigarettes. The floor tile was cracked and it reeked of smoke in the room. But it was all we could find.

Typical cheap motel. Looks run down from the outside but rooms were ok. AC desperately needs to be replaced.
