We are 4 people ando only have 2 towels in the room

The room itself was clean and ac was working well. We did need towels and toilet paper.The backdoor to the hotel didn’t lock, so I felt insecure. The breakfast was eggs and biscuits, no bacon or sausage. I believe the price was a little high for the quality.

Most the floors stunk of weed, the front staff wasn’t very helpful at all made us wait till they were done on their phones before helping us check in. The door lock did not work and they could not repair and with the right amount of force it would pop open, along with the air in room not working properly woke up sweating, the door to shower didn’t close properly so floor would get wet again staff would not help with problems had to ask multiple times for towels and was told that I could only get one even tho there was two of us would not suggest staying here

Where to start. The room was below average and the shower was really bad. No soap shelf nothing to steady yourself like a handle or bar the room smelled musky…. The pool has been out of order for months. The staff is very apologetic but this is the second time in 3 months I’ve stayed here so I could see my grandchildren and NO POOL IN THE SUMMER IN TEXAS!!!! 😡. There’s more but wow. Really bad.

Desk staff were not friendly. Refused 2:15 check-in. Lobby was hot and pool was closed with no forewarning.

My second room the door didn’t lock. Told the front desk. Was told they would fix it and never got fixed. That room vents were also very dusty. Never had a problem before. I have been coming here for 5 years and this is the first time any of this happened in our trip.

Beds were comfy Pool was closed, roaches in hall and bedroom, carpets were dirty, our door didn’t close, the breaker flipped and we lost power for a bit.

The location was convenient for my planned activities. The a/c in our reserved room and the public areas wasn’t working. The pool was closed. The power exercise equipment electric supply was out and no a/c there.We were moved to a room with working a/c, but it wasn’t clean, was smaller , wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and hadn’t been maintained . One morning, no breakfast was provided at the time specified. We were among many guests waiting expectantly before leaving for our day. No apologies. Manager said that the kitchen staff didn’t show and everything was in the refrigerator. I asked about coffee and a muffin or something from the refrigerator and was told that it would be at least 30 minutes.

Will not be staying there again!

Horrible stay. Our room had a broken latch on the door, hair and mold in the shower that I couldn’t use. I opened a random door in our room which led to a filthy utility room with broken equipment, someone’s old sock on the floor along with a dirty cup and broken pieces of something on the floor. The front desk employee didn’t know the manager (who wasn’t there) last name. She then offered me a refund and was told to have hotels.com call to request however when hotels.com attempted to reach them on 2 separate occasions they didn’t answer the phone nor did they respond to an email request. Do not stay here. Spend the extra $50 for a better hotel.

The lobby area was hot and humid. The room itself was not updated like the photos. The floor was slippery as well as the shower due to the type of cleaning chemicals used. The walls could definitely be repainted and needs an electrical upgrade as not all lights worked in the room either. Staff was helpful with check in and check out. Did not eat breakfast.

Significantly more run down than shown in the photos. Water pressure was an issue throughout the stay. Bed was uncomfortable. All I can say about breakfast, is that you get what you pay for. Would not stay again.

-No AC in downstairs breakfast check in area -Pool closed (a lot of sad kids, families ) -Spoiled milk several guests complaining we found chucks in coffee -Very few TV channels/ cable not working well - staff no help how to navigate -Our Room smelled like dog pee - had to keep AC on freezing to hide smell -No blanket on bed when arrived only had 1 sheet and thin decorative sheet - had to ask for a blanket

Needs pest treatment. Roaches in the building. Needs new carpet.

bathroom had no bathmats and I nearly killed myself on the slippery floor

I didn't stay long enough to even check out the breakfast. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were not clean. The parking lot is not lit properly at night. Oh did I mention the 0430 wake up call by the fire alarms going off in the entire building? Condemn this hotel.

Front clerk/staff was very nice. All carpets in the living areas are filthy. Pool/hot tub have been non-functioning for months. The first room the mini fridge was not working, the second room they tried to give us the entire room was dirty, the third room was fine besides the dead roach in the restroom and mold in the AC. We will not be returning ever, and I will make sure that I will tell all my friends and family NOT to come here.

It’s clean. No ac in the lobby area. Very hot. The nice pictures of the pool. But it was not working??

Good location Pool was closed
