Countryside Inn & Suites

Stayed for three nights during CWS so the price was higher than normal but it was a nice place. Not fancy, by any means, and a little dated, but very clean and quiet. Free breakfast was very limited but had eggs, sausage and oatmeal, fruit, breads and drinks. I will probably try to get something closer to the stadium next time but it served its purpose this year.

Clean rooms and affordable pricr

Looked like a college dorm . No elevator separate stairs to get to different floors and rooms. Mattresses stacked at end of hallway. Breakfast food was all cold even though they were in heating pans. No one was taking care of Breakfast area . And heavy smell of fabuloso!!!!

Location. A lot of food and quick grocery options. Easy access off the highway. Older. Wore down. Musty and smelled awful. There were old stained mattresses stored in a hallway.

Water pressure in shower was great, location is easy to get in and out of Breakfast items like eggs and sausage are in little crook pots but everything was cold and was in the middle of breakfast service. Several things like condiments and utensils were out or only a few left and wasn't even busy. Both bed sheets had dirt stains in sheets, remote for tv didn't work very well, and had a musty smell. Beds felt very old and worn out and think everyone woke up stiff or sore.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was not as good as we thought. There was enough variety but, things were cold.

They attempted to charge 3 of our cards, shutting down 2 of them. Girl at front desk did not understand or know how to run them , having to make a phone call and this was only for incidentals. No plugs in bathtub or sink. Breakfast few choices.

Cons - rarely anyone at front desk, took awhile to check in

The ceiling was coming down in our room. One of the chair legs looked broken. Neither I or my spouse would sit in it. The room was way overpriced. There may have been an event and they raised prices incredibly high. I was there due to a medical appointment and had no choice but to pay extremely high prices for a very basic room.

Clean room and friendly staff!

Staff was friendly and room was fairly clean, but the property was certainly dated

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Bed and bath linens not good quality and breakfast was poor. Overpaid for this quality of stay.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and smelled good. The price was much less expensive than the big chain hotels, so I highly recommend.

Comfortable beds and AC works great. Not ce chair and table with two chairs. Close to Henry Doorly Zoo and Laurentzen Gardens and Mid America Center and Lake Manawa.
