Nice, modern and clean.

Same issues as other reviews. Lights shining on the building are too bright to conceal with poor curtains. Great for highlighting the building for advertising but in the long haul, people who have stayed there won’t return. The rooms are showing their age. Great staff otherwise,

This place was beautiful

It was good. Wish there had been an microwave in the room.

The front desk, bar at Guy Fiere’s, and casino staff members were all very nice. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, it was a great place to stay for the night. My one critique would be not having good coffee available with cream/sugar in the lobby area for guests. For $360 stay on a Tuesday night, some decent coffee would be nice.

Woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping NEVER serviced our room

The room was clean and nice, only restaurant opens at 8:30 AM which is not early enough for a business traveler but this is not their target client. Cigarette smoke smell near the casino, not a surprise.

The staff were great, our house keeper was wonderful and attentive. Sadie the bartender in the casino was awesome. She has a really good idea about making CWS shirts with Harah’s logo on it that should be talked about. That would be great advertising and people would love to have them.

The rooms were very clean. Was a great stay. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super helpful. Definitely will be my number one stay when in town.

No complaint about the hotel except being charged $150 to check into the room 1.5 hours early after driving 8 hours.

Staff is nice. Casino is gorgeous. Great food. Property is nice. Parking was wonderful. The room had a very nice tv but other than that it was ultimately disgusting. The caulk was black in the tub. One of the lights had a bad bulb. The curtains had a missing clip. The toilet and floor had long brunette strands of hair. The sink was slow to drain and the surfaces had dirt and finger prints. And there was a faint cigarette smell. I believe they are remodeling and if that is true that room needs a serious overhaul.

Booked a room for a concert bc I didn't want to drive after. Got back to the room & went right to sleep.

Property was comfortable. Attention to cleaning deals in the room especially bath rooms need help. Sauna was not much as an ammentity. No real coffee. Which was bummer for me. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I do recommend taking the shuttle to the horseshoe for a better gaming experience.

Stayed one night on our way to another destination. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Nice clean room with comfortable bed and great amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants at clean and food was tasty. Concert venue was awesome, as always!
