The air conditioning worked very well, and the room had excellent ventilation, facilities, and amenities. We slept very comfortably throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast selection was also good, with some dishes changing from day to day, which added variety and made the dining experience more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay and one we would gladly recommend. A few minor drawbacks during our stay: the pool looked smaller in person than it did in the photos, and reaching it could be a bit inconvenient. The elevator only goes up to the 16th floor, so guests need to take the stairs to access the pool area. Additionally, one of the rooms we booked had a faulty or very stiff door that was difficult to open and close. We often had to push or pull it quite hard, and sometimes it required a loud bang to fully shut, which could be disruptive to both us and neighboring guests.

The pool was dirty, the rooms were not clean. They kept cleaning our room when we said “do not disturb”. The pool was nothing like the photos online and the rooms were also nothing like the pictures online. They should be considered a 3 star hotel at best. The front desk staff were some of the most unfriendly people to talk to and deal with.

The rooms were spacious and I could leave my luggage after checkout. The staff was super helpful and the location is great. Around there is the beach and a lot of beautiful food places and cafes. I had in my first room two cuckroaches running around of decent size. I wouldn't have expected this from a hotel of this standard.

The staff was great. Always willing to help and very concerned that we were happy. Also it is in a noisy area, but inside the rooms it was remarkably quiet even though the bars next door were loud. The only negative was the door to my room. The key card kept not working, so someone would have to come open it for us.

I liked the location ,close to beach, quiet good sleep They have breakfast included but they pre make eggs and cold when you pick them up.No omelet’s,Cheese omelet they put cheese on a fried egg.

Location was good. Walking distance to the beach. lots of great shops and restaurants near by. Never needed to get a grab. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance.

Room was spotless & modern, and the rooftop bar had amazing views. Staff super polite. I loved the afternoon tea set, cute idea. Only downside, pool was a bit crowded when we went.

Not a shiny new hotel but very well maintained. Room was spotless, bathroom clean, and the staff made everything easy. Loved the rooftop tea in the evening while watching the city light up. Buffet breakfast had both Western and local food – decent spread. F&B discount of 15% came in handy for cocktails.

The hotel isn’t new but clearly well maintained – our room was spotless and smelled fresh. Bed was super comfy, exactly what we needed after a long flight. The staff stood out: check-in was quick, and they always greeted us with a smile. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, plus cafés and street food stalls all around. Breakfast buffet was busy, but food was constantly refilled and the noodle station was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a drink on the rooftop in the evening – chill vibes and a great view over the city.
