I didnt like that there were zero humans there to assist with the check in process. The parking and pre check in details were very unclear and the staff was not very helpful when I reached out for assistance.

Clean room. Lots of space. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location on bus/streetcar line with quick access to downtown and walkable to the Bishop Arts district. Only weird thing was the fridge was inside of a closet that you had to pass through the bathroom to get to.

This hotel is in a fantastic location! So close to great bars and restaurants. The room was large- we stayed it the Paris suite. However, do a walk through before you settle in for the night. We didn’t have any coffee or creamer and only had one towel in the bathroom. There are additional pillows in the closets but our room was missing additional blankets. Overall a good experience.

Really nice place - check in procedure is ridiculous - extra charges for security deposit - passcode numbers etc. All done while you’re standing outside. Nearly impossible to find the location as signage is remiss. Wifi is frustrating to use - not only do you have to keep inputting passwords in you phone but the tv as well. Never stay here again. Do not recommend.

Great instructions and clear communication all throughout. Super cute room and safe space. Made the late night walk back to our hotel from drinking in Bishop Arts with no trouble. Would go back for sure!

The property was super stylish which made the stay fun! The staff was quite helpful and responded quickly to my calls which was nice. The pool was nice and clean which was the cherry on top of my stay here!

The location is excellent and parking is secure behind a gate. The bed was comfortable as well. The room was not clean. There were dust bunnies and someone else's hair on the floor. The shower leaked all over the bathroom because there is no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. We had to leave the fan on constantly to dry out the floors. The towels were thin and super old. There was no one on site to ask questions or for utensils. The couch was so beat up and didn't seem clean. The room was oddly shaped and the furniture was too large for the space. We would not stay at this property again.

Easy access, great location, good for value.

Location, proximity to Bishop Arts district, short uber or downtown . Secured parking lot. Fun room decor. Spacious room. Saturday night party in the front unit was loud in the common area but I could not hear in my room. Water pressure a little weak. Bathroom vanity and tile showing wear and tear.

The hotel is in a great spot the Bishop Arts district. It's so close to Methodist Hospital too. Once we got the access codes for the door, parking and room it was perfect. We stay in the Machu Picchu suite. We may have heard folks a bit being on the 1st floor coming in the door but otherwise it was pretty quiet. There is no elevator stairs to the 2nd floor but they tell you that in their description. The size of the room was great. Design was gorgeous. Tasteful touches and lots of character. I loved the lounge couch a lot and used it. Bathroom and shower were clean. Small fridge in room w/ access to ice machines and some coffee and teas and soda and microwave in the lobby. Nice dining room table in the lobby which made it a comfy place to enjoy food we brought back to the hotel to eat. The pool was pretty and clean, had a grill and tables and seemed to get good sun all day. We found great spots like a juice place, a bowl place, coffee and a taco place and a market just 5 few mins away that was awesome too. Five minutes from the Kessler Theater and so many cute food spots!! We will def return!! It also wasnt hard to get into downtown during traffic (which starts at like 3 in Dallas BTW) It's helpful to know that the hotel is not staffed (that I saw but must be folks around and cleaning etc) No one is sitting at a front desk. It's fancy and comfy and DIY. This means after booking you will end up in an automated system where you have to upload your ID and your credit card for a security deposit. If this part of the process isn't for you (it's the only way to get your access information for the space) this is not a good fit for you.

Everything was amazing, fenomenal customer service. Nothing, everything was good.
