Great location ! Good hotel

It’s a good option for an overnight stay. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Lovely neighborhood nearby to walk and unwind. Rooms are a little dark and drab but clean. Nice lobby with good coffee bar

Nice place. Well run.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food out). The acoustics in the dining room were not what they once were when this hotel was a destination years ago. They have arches in the ceiling and hardwoods on the floor without sound absorption so essentially all the sound is echoing off each other, which makes it highly difficult to have a nice dining conversation at the table.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the restaurant was amazing!

The restaurant had good quality and well prepared food. The room size was adequate. The bed was comfortable. We loved the gym, it is well appointed. We appreciate the noon check out time. The staff is very friendly. I also like to have the key on my phone. I love the water in the lobby with the citrus fruit. The hotel lobby decor is nice. Every day we should get 2 waters, not just the day that we check in, we pay the same rate daily. I should not have to ask for a robe and shower cap. Also, I should not have to ask for maid service daily, or maybe ask us when we check in in case we forget. We had noisy neighbors, maybe the walls are too thin. The thermostat was difficult to figure out. We wish that they had Netflix.

Great staff and fitness center.

One of the cleanest Hilton properties I've been in Texas. Staff was super friendly and the rooms very well kept. The only issue was the tub, it leaked and dripped all night long.
-
Valet, Doorman, and Front Desk attentive and friendly, clean and fresh room, and quiet, private stay - the trifecta of perfection.
