Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. The staff was amazing they have a bar which serves food and the room service was top tier. They have the best lollipop lambs chops I’ve ever had.

The hotel is nice but dated. There was a smell in our room. And many of the lamps and features were scratched and broken.

Thanks you for everything just need to work on the ac situation stays at 73 degrees. Been there two weeks in a row and same situation everything else is excellent.

The AC was out in the building…. In Texas In May. So it was quite warm. We did call and request a fan and that helped, but still. Rather warmer than you’d like.

“Parking” you have to pay $20+Tax and fees to SELF PARK your vehicle, like seriously? “Old TVs” I wanted to relax and enjoy the nice room, wanted to hear music on YouTube (classic music) and couldn’t connect my phone to Tv because it’s old and i was only able to see air channels. “Staff in front desk” the guy who attended me, was extremely serious, if you are in costumer service you have to be kind and smiling, if you don’t like to be smiling, well get another job. 10/10 housekeeper! room was very clean and neat!

A/c not working in most rooms. 4 of us were in different rooms on different floors and everyone’s AC was just blowing air but not cooling anything.

It was very clean and nice Everyone was great morning front desk kind of rude maybe he was just busy and was annoyed. Also, it was pretty warm and you couldn’t adjust the thermostat it was set.

Room was clean the only bad thing was the AC and phone did not work at all in the room so that was very frustrating also the strong weed odor any time I walked outside got old fairly quick, not sure I’ll return to this particular hotel
