It was dirty, some of my guys saw bugs and it was a bad neighborhood. The rooms were weird. It’s like it was a different hotel with different furniture and so you’re in this big empty weird room with fake hardwood laminate floors, and there was mold in the shower. Will not be going there again.

The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful!!! The room key to the back door didn’t work..

Location, I have photos and video of the water, not working The water didn’t work, I think I got refunded. The last time I checked. But I’ll verify quote we won’t refund we won’t refund“ then I contacted Booking.com and filed a report.

When I got my money back The staff tried to steal money from us and charge us more then we was supposed to pay. She lied and tried to call me a liar. Then after giving my money back they still tried to charge my card for the full payment even tho we wasn’t staying there anymore we didn’t even get a chance to sleep there..

The check-in was smooth and efficient; room was clean and comfortable. The area was confusing but i was coming in way late into the evening. Will definitely recommend if youre wanting to be close to thr AAC. Good price for the stay.
