Fairly clean overall. Good staff.

I was really disappointed with the hotel. The idea was great but just executed badly at every level. The room was dusty. The blinds all ripped so you could just about open or close them. The pillow cases stained and marked. The red sofa again dusty and not looked after. And this was an expensive room. £800 a night. The pool was odd. In the concrete finish that made it look Really not appealing. But more than that, the pool was full of people not staying at the hotel having a party around you. Drinking buckets of alcohol, Who were there just on a day pass. Which killed the atmosphere and again not what you would want or expect for such an expensive stay. The bad and Resturant had the fate. A little sad and empty each night by 9pm as non of the actually quests went and was full of the people from the poll from earlier not saying at the hotel. Killing any nice atmosphere you again would expect from a good hotel. Finally the area. It’s a bit out the way. And a room with a view consisted of looking out over lots of parking lots. Nice idea. Badly done. Would not recommend or stay and maybe would put me off any virgin hotel if there is there thing.

This is my third stay at the hotel. The location is excellent. The staff is great. However, the design of the hotel is showing its wear and tear. The AC system on the lobby level affecting the restaurant, coffee/coworking lounge was not working properly. This is a big problem for a place like Texas. In my room, there were so many light switches and motion sensors, that simply have stopped working, partially working, had flicker lights. This creates a stress on a traveler who is looking for simple comfort, not mood lighting with one working sink sconce. Whoever designed the electric got carried away and now the hotel is stuck with two many items that do not work. Sadly, to fix, would require a major renovation. You can see this design was done during a period where designers thought it would be cool to enter a room into the bathroom, rather than a hallway. Imagine room service being brought through a toilet area in your room. Hopefully by now the hotel and its design teams have terminated the woke DEI staff involved in those designs and have gone back to designs that have survived thousands of years.

Location and staff was amazing and made the stay that much better. Smell from shower drain was not pleasant. Light holes in couch and wear and tear on table noted. And had some issues with Tv but was quickly handled

stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I was impressed by the attentive service and well-maintained facilities. The fitness center and pool were great for relaxing after a long day. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere."

Phenomenal place

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The check in and check out was easy and the valet service was great. The room was bright and clean, but the shower door wasn't sealed properly so the water leaked out and drenched the bath mat. The mattresses could have been better as both of them caved in a bit- we stayed in a room with two queen beds. The location was close to cool restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay there again.

Everything was excellent can’t find one complaint

In addition, I was not pleased with the fact that I was double charged and had to deal with the headache of that. All the staff on hand were exceptional!

Although I had a high floor, there was a guest that had a dog in their room, very close to mine, and the dog was barking all night, long while the guests were out every night. In addition, I was not pleased with the fact that I was double charged and had to deal with the headache of that. All the staff on hand were exceptional!

A lot of the buttons in our suite to control the lights, curtains, etc. did not work. Staff was great. The floors in the restroom and bathroom could have been a lot more cleaner esepically considering we were in one of the most expensive suites.
