Clean

I would never stay at this hotel again. In all my years of staying at Hilton properties, I’ve never experienced a hotel this dirty. The room was filthy from the floors to the furniture, and it had a terrible odor. Customer service was unprofessional and clearly needs better training. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Would prefer parking myself but no issues otherwise. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Only stayed the night but would recommend

Todo bien

I only stayed one night but it was a good stay. I arrived late and the front desk lady was very nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever taking another cruise out of Port everglades.

The service was very good. Staff friendly and courteous.
-
Room reeeeeeeked of funky grass! I’m not opposed, but I did have concern flying out of FLL airport, smelling THAT strongly. It made my eyes water and we had to ask for another room. Area is okay- not anywhere I would take a family with young kiddos.
-
The room was nice, but I didn’t care for the minimalist look. Breakfast was good. Not a very good selection at the market and not very close to restaurants or shops.
-
Great Nice place to go if you need to stay near the airport. The shuttle was easy and they have a nice outdoor area.

Just needed to crash for a night after a late flight. Room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Definitely will recommend. Airport is real close.
-
The one thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay for parking. Which is the vialet parking, which is the most closest.
-
No microwave, hair in the bathroom..staff was great..

The bad news is that the free shuttle to and from FLL runs only once an hour! So you could very well be waiting awhile in the heat.

This was just an overnight stay for a cruise the next morning. The shuttle service was great. We arrived around 7 pm. There was no one waiting to check in. When we got there the receptionist was aggressively typing on her computer. She didn’t acknowledge us standing in front of her, no eye contact or I’ll be right with you, nothing. She had a very nasty disposition as if we were bothering her. After checking in we asked about local places to eat, she told us to google it, not the type to have to deal with people at all! I could have gave her the same energy but it was my birthday and I was not going to let her negative energy get to me. I would not be choosing to stay here again. Also, it wasn’t disclosed anywhere that there is a $50 per night deposit which is crazy because it’s not the type of property that constitutes a deposit for that amount per night. Maybe just $50 total. The rooms had wrinkled sheets on the beds like they weren’t even freshly washed.

Hotel is kinda hard to find the staff was nice it was clean beds are so hard & uncomfortable and they dnt have self parking you have to valet.
-
It was as I expected since I’ve stayed at Tru at the Atlanta Convention Center. Hotel overall is modern, clean staff was polite only con were the beds are very squeaky. It’s a platform bed with a mattress only so I wouldn’t say the most comfortable but it wasn’t the worse I just don’t care for noise. I wouldn’t say recommend the hotel. Also there’s only valet parking the attendants were quick.
-
I love the Tru Hotels, but this one was not what I expected. We had a hard time locating the front entrance and the parking was unexpected. Wasn’t aware it was valet parking and signs were not really noticeable until after paying for parking in another area. Location was not working for me. Staff at front desk was polite but beds at this location were not comfortable and relaxing. Left with neck pain. To each their own but would recommend another hotel in the area.
