A very clean facility and comfortable room. Was disappointed to find free breakfast not included (of 6 different hotel brands we stayed at during the past week, this was the only one that did not offer free breakfast). A minor inconvenience but annoying none the less. Another oddity that I've never seen before is that apparently the "Wet Floor" folding yellow sign is stored hanging on the handrail in the elevator instead of a janitors closet or something. It certainly didn't interfere with our use of the elevator but oddly unprofessional.

Bathroom door needs oiled, lighting in the bathroom was dim. Room was clean and easy to move around.

I wish the garbage cans in the stairwell were emptied daily - they stunk!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were kind and attentive. Right in the middle of many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Perfect location

Electric Vehicle Charger is broken and i made sure the front desk know that this was the only reason i booked. the hotel didn’t tell me until after i checked in. i would have gone to another hotel had i know the charger was broken

A man ran his truck for over an hour backed in with the exhaust smell coming into our room. Staff said they couldn't make him move. It is their parking lot!!

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, this is definitely now one of my favorite places to stay. The atmosphere was so tranquil, it was easy to relax in our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and close to delicious restaurants and entertainment. I did find a water bottle between the bed and night stand that was definitely not picked up from the previous customer.

Lived it. Clean, friendly staff, great warm breakfast. We had a problem with our room blowing a circuit breaker which was frustrating and worrisome.

My daughter was bitten 7 times by an insect in the room. The bites were very red and swollen and itchy. They were on various parts of her body. The general manager stated they were having problems with Asian beetles at this hotel. We also found a dead brown cockroach on the window ledge. We also had problems with the bathroom sink and toilet. The sink drained very slowly and the water pressure was low. The toilet kept running periodically as well. We reported these issues to the hotel staff twice but no one ever came to fix these issues. We were not satisfied with this hotel and would like to be compensated for our terrible experience.
