The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.

Must have been newly acquired as they were remodeling. Pool closed. Masking tape and drywall repairs evident from recent window replacement. Elevator smelled of urine the first day, gone the next. Staff was very friendly and helpful, doing the best they can while implementing improvements.

Breakfast was ok Cleanliness, water spots & look like mold on the walls. Dirty towel left on back of bathroom door. The pool wasn’t working

Bed was terrible room smelled bad blood stains on curtains and walls. Some parties were happening and they completely ignored staff when told to turn the music down. 0/10 do not recommend.

Breakfast was good. Pool closed for maintenance, whole place needs remodeled floors need replaced

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. I liked neon able to see my vehicle from the window. I was disappointed that the pool was having maintenance done.

No pool, no fitness room. Missing door between room in suite, toilet kept running until you take cover off tank, had to put input on tv everytime you turned it off.

Did not have The room was dirty,nasty, burn marks on the curtains from cigarettes, black stuff on the sheets, lamp shades had marks all over them. Smelled nasty. Was book for a room that someone was already staying in for a month and had to go back down to the lobby to get booked for another room. Then when I asked for a refund for the rooms they said oh we cant do that after you have already checked in. I called the corporate offices and they didn't do much either besides say that I have to contact the hotel it self for a refund. Very disappointed. Will not be staying at country Inn and suites anymore. Good luck
