The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Pretty quiet there overnight (room was on the 2nd floor). Building and parking lot seemed well maintained and safe. Staff was friendly. My only gripes are that the shower tub drained very slowly, leaving me standing in 3" of soapy water at the end. Also, went to have the breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and there was barely anything left (no coffee 😭) waited a while but nothing was restocked. These minor inconveniences would not stop me from staying again. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Stay was great

The full size refrigerater and having some way to prepare some meals. The location was central to a lot of services and places to eat as well and a main freeway. The nice size closet area to hand cloths as well as provided Iron and Ironing board. When I arrived the parking lot had a lot of trash in aluminum can, plastic bottles and other types of debris. When checking in the clerk could tell me if rooms had been cleaned and had to go hunt down housekeeping ( at 3:00 PM) to see which rooms would be available. Noted were also some rooms that were cleaned still do not have all of the bedding on them.

Dirty pillow cases, missing basic room equipment, broken bathroom, probably was given the worst room in the hotel. Itching all night, afraid if there were any bed bugs. I don’t even think the bedsheets were changed before we entered the room…

I believed i booked 2- two beds in room. Instead they were only one bed. Also there was no soft chairs to sit back in. Will never go back to that hotel again.

The AC was great and did get the room to 60 degrees which was great for us hot sleepers. It was a (mostly) quiet stay. The side door was busted, which was concerning for a security standpoint. There was trash collected outside where it appears someone may be living behind the bushes.

It was an easy jaunt right from the highway, surrounded by a bunch of other hotels and restaurants. Decent amount of parking. Faye and Shellie at the front desk when I came in were GREAT. There were three people in our room (noted from the beginning), when we got ready for bed that night we realized there was a single bath towel and two washcloths. In the middle of the night my mother woke up to go to the bathroom and there was a random leak from somewhere, so she used the towel and went back to bed, not wanting to wake anyone else. When I went down the next morning to request the proper amount of towels and tell them about the mysterious leak, the woman at the front desk seemed upset that I had used the towel and said "You should've called, we have towels down here specifically for that"... you have towels specifically for leaks?! How many leaks occur?? Weird. Then, when I asked for the towels that we should've had, she said I had to bring all the wet towels down first to prove they were wet... Ma'am, there was a SINGLE BATH TOWEL... it was very bizarre.

A dump. No dishes cups or any utensils. Cupboards were yellow and dirty. Refrigerator didn't work properly. The person working the desk smelled like marijuana.
