The bed and pillows were comfortable, the towels, shower and toilet were clean. TV and little fridge worked. Adequate parking. Sandy and Steve were nice when I had trouble with my rooms. Because of what I went through, Steve gave me a 20% discount. Lack of maintenance to facilities. I had to try three rooms to finally get it right.. First room, 120, had an unmade bed in it and smelled like stale cigarettes. Second room, 127, the lock wouldn't open up with the card, even the green light showed weakly. Third room, 157, the smoke alarm had a weak battery so had an intermittent beep so I had to disable it and give it to Sandy to have maintenance fix. The desk lamp was old and wouldn't turn on. As I was trying to sleep, the next door tenants who were young people wanted to party all night with their club music "boom-boom- boom". I told them to stop as it was 1am, and they just turned it down and resumed at 3:30 am! Ridiculous! I also saw some tiny roaches on the floor that I killed. There was one in the fridge! The sink was cracked and there were no drain covers, so when I dropped my earring, it went right down the pipe and was gone. Lord! Please avoid! Also the exterior trip looked grungy and in need of paint / maintenance. The "breakfast was a laugh.-only cheap white bread bagels, no cereal, bananas, but there were oranges, coffee and fruit juice. Steve at the desk was nice and apologetic and gave me a 20,% discount on my night. No rest at all.

They might as well have filmed an episode of Breaking Bad in this place. It absolutely reeked of smoke, detector was pulled off the wall, baseball-sized burn hole in the comforter, open bar of soap on the counter, dirty bathtub, a metal pipe sticking out of the bed, black streaks on the wall, every piece of furniture was odd and damaged in some way, even a man standing staring into the room next door. That’s not even discussing the lack of cleanliness, but that’s probably obvious. We immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a refund, but because we purchased on Hotels.com, we couldn’t get a refund, so instead he moved us to a different room. It was a bit better, but we still slept in all our clothes, on top of the blankets and left as soon as we possibly could. Oh, and at about 3:30am, a group of guys stood outside our room to chat loudly and laugh for about an hour. 10/10 would not recommend.

The room was very outdated and ran down. The carpets ware slick greasy looking nasty. The room was crawling alive with COCKROACHES there wasn’t 1 wall that didn’t have bugs on it I was so worried about sleeping in such a nasty dirty room with those COCKROACHES. That we went immediately back to front desk and checked out. And asked for a refund!!
