DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver

Was not as clean and well maintained as expected. The property was definitely showing its age.

Clean room hotel was over all amazing!

The property was clean. The staff when I checked in was not very friendly. I mostly stay at Hilton hotels and the service is usually good but this time I felt not so welcomed at this property. Other than that everything was great.

Upscale property with multiple food options inside the hotel. The room was clean and comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and plenty of amenities.

The checkout front desk lady was incredibly rude and engrossed in her phone. She became agitated when I inquired about borrowing scissors and proceeding to check out. It’s disheartening to witness such rudeness and inconsiderate behavior in 2026.

Clean and polite staff

Well, I let the team know I was graduating, and they upgraded the room, which was both a pleasant surprise and, honestly, so amazing as I'd never had that happen to me before. We also loved the cookies, though I am a little guilty of having more than two. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay a little longer.

Was very warm. AC was turned as low as it could go and it ran 24/7 but never cooled down fully. Ceiling had water damage/stains (8th floor). Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

Very friendly staff. Restaurant has good food. The cookies they offer when you check in are delicious as well. Very pleasant experience with thus hotel.
