came for a convention in June. found the location to be good... walking distance from a convienience store and a few solid reatos and fast food spots. lobby was conducive to chatting and hanging out. rooms were standard but very clean. front of house staff were excellent and helpful.

Loved this property!!!! Close to the airport, large clean modern rooms. Amazing breakfast and 24/7 complimentary beverages. In room kitchenette and Sprouts grocery and other restaurants nearby. Free airport shuttle and $16/day on site parking.

Everything on the hotel was nice exception the fact that I booked a suite and they put us in ADA unit which is not even a suite and it had broken everywhere and was terrible was not happy with that but overall, I think the biggest problem is is they’re booking out ADA units and selling them for higher better suites.

I was surprised by parking fee. You suppose to paid parking online. Hotel Element is not responsible for parking security. Element shouldn't charge extra for parking. It should be part of the room amenities.

We were a group of 6 women who were there, checked into 2 rooms. Front desk person when we checked in was not friendly and was in fact rude for no reason. Didnot even tell us that our car needs a parking ticket and it is paid parking. We called from our room for extra towel, and the answer was “I already told your other person, that Iam the only person working here”
