The room was clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is not the best for downtown activities unless they are right on 16th but still a hike. The staff was not super friendly. The breakfast area was an absolute mess. I have never seen a hotel breakfast so dirty. People spilt stuff and it was just left until the end of breakfast. Also there was only one working elevator which made wait times to and from your room a bit ridiculous.

Otherwise, it had and lacked all the amenities associated Hampton Inn :pool, exercise room, free breakfast and internet; no restaurant or bar.
-
New, clean hotel, good breakfast, walking distance to city center, good value for downtown Denver. Room a bit on a small side, area surrounding the hotel a bit rough, still being developed it appears.

Room was clean, easy check-in, breakfast was wonderful. Great experience!
-
It was what you'd expect from a chain hotel under the Hilton brand.
-
Large & comfortable room. Would stay here again !!

Clean rooms and great breakfast.

Location and some staff Room was not in a good condition with missing phone cord, stains on the sofa and desk chair, cord hanging from the curtains across the floor, cabinet doors barely hanging on, and a general run-down feeling. Not a well-maintained property.

Very good

Room was not cleaned even after I talked with staff. Trash was not emptied and toilet paper was not restocked. Had silver fish were in bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable, including the bed. The breakfast area was nice, however the staff weren't very attentive or paying attention to how messy it got. Granted people should clean up after themselves, but since that is more the exception than the rule in many cases these days, it would be nice if the staff stepped in.

I did not know you had to pay to park. I also did not like that you had to park along the street. It worked out for us but it was not expected. We also had to wait to use the elevator when we where trying to leave. They decided to do an elevator check at a busy time in the morning when people are trying to check out and get they day started. We were told to use the stairs, and I can not walk down 4 flights of stairs. I have trouble doing just one and is why i only book where they have an elevator. I feel waiting till later in the day would have been better.

Location Breakfast was subpar; room was dated
-
Spacious, clean, bright room. Very accommodating to store our luggage until after the Rockies game as there wasn't an early check in available. Missed breakfast as we weren't told hours when we checked in.
-
Had to tighten down the toilet seat. Cheap health club grade towels. One slow elevator, 2nd out with no sign of repair coming. Terribly kept breakfast area.

Property was good and I would stay again . Hallways to rooms had some rough spots. The rooms were clean, and has a fridge and microwave . Staff was friendly and quick. The parking you have to pay for .
-
While we were there someone smashed or windshield in. Since we used valet parking the motel did pay for a new windshield. However after getting or vehicle for us they didn't say anything about the busted windshield until i asked them what happened. We lost a whole day of fun. Due to having to have a new windshield put in.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We needed directions to several places and the assisted us with maps and helpful information. The room was nice and there were many selections for breakfast.
