I thought the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great too. I the location of the hotel near the Denver pavilions. The shower pressure was amazing in the room was huge for a city hotel. We were very comfortable there for two nights. I did not like the parking situation, where you had to pay $60 per day for valet parking. Parking. We ended up trying to find different places around the city to park which was also challenging because prices weren't given to you up front. The shower handle had some problems and was not properly installed, even though the pressure and the shower worked.

The room in the hotel was very clean but when we got into our room there was one blind that wouldn't even work and the beds were so extremely squeaky The faucet in the sink on the bathroom sink wasn't hooked up it was just like wiggling everywhere and there was one of the shower knobs in the shower that was just gone and parking valet was extremely expensive I thought they were going to give us a discount on that due to how the room was but they did not

What caught us off guard was the price of parking. Parking at the hotel was like $60/night. When checking in, they told us about an app to find parking. It worked out, and we found much cheaper parking, but wanted to mention this in the review so others know how to plan/what to expect. Lastly, something related to the water heater was very noisy when taking a shower (and shower pressure sucked)! Other than that, the grounds and facility were kept clean. Decent breakfast, good location for Downtown... Good stay.

Need cheaper parking- otherwise no complaints- all was fantastic

Great location (near convention center), staff super friendly and nice, good breakfast. I’d love to see more recycling/composting at breakfast, though. And it doesn’t make sense to me to have a fire burning when it’s 90F outside and the AC is on full blast.

Personnel were professional, kind, helpful and efficient. Night manager, Kevin, was even kind enough to drive us to urgent care after my husband had a fall about a block before the hotel and needed stitches in his hand. I highly recommend this hotel. Location is great also - very central to city sights. There was nothing we did no like.

Good location Valet service took 20 minutes every time we needed our car and closed our ticket out before we checked out of the hotel. The maid service didnt come until we had already been there for 4 days. We kept having to request towels and wash cloths. The room also never cooled off. We luckily brought a fan, but the room never got to a comfortable temperature despite the air constantly running.

I loved the room space big enough and desks and couch and very clean and kind staffs. All was perfect!!

Really enjoyed our stay but I wish I would have parked across the street to save on the 60.00 valet cost. Enjoyed the bar and free breakfast in the morning.

The staff at reception was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for an electric kettle to have boiled water to sanitize my baby's bottles. The staff said the hotel didn't have any, but he made an effort to find a thermos filled with hot water for me. Worked well for sanitizing baby bottles.

Don’t stay here. I never write negative reviews but I have to warn you, I wish someone warned me. We had room 516. Lot of mould in the barroom, missing grout in the tiles, damaged vanity due to sitting water, musty smell, cheep thin comforter, and two very small windows that looked to brick walls. The free breakfast is extremely average to the point it is inedible. There are loads of places to stay near by, stay there instead. The manager also pounded on our door at 9am while we were sleeping one morning asking who we were, then called us 5 minutes later asking us if we were a different name, mind you we have been in this room for two days already. Some of the staff were lovely, some were very rude and seemed like they were going out of their way to give you a hard time if you asked a question. Save your money stay elsewhere. Most of the rooms looked at brick walls. Also one night we were getting food from a food truck two blocks away when a large section of glass was thrown from the third storey onto the sidewalk. A poor girl tripped on a bike trying to get away from it. We immediately left frightened, walked back to the hotel. I asked the night clerk if she would call the police as it could have badly inquired someone. Also who knows if they will keep throwing things or worse. She said “if it wasn’t from our hotel we don’t call the police because they will come and ask questions.” It happened a couple blocks away don’t you want to keep the area safe? SMH.
