    Beautiful hotel, but be prepared to pay for valet or park across the street because they don’t have parking at the hotel itself besides valet. Other than that service was good lots of amenities.

    The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clearly very new. However, some of the challenges that come with a newly opened property affected our stay. We stayed for nearly a week and did not receive housekeeping service a single time. I called multiple times, and while the front desk staff were polite and apologetic, the issue was never fully resolved. I was told I would receive points as compensation for the inconvenience, but I have not received them. Fresh towels were provided when requested, but having to repeatedly call for basic housekeeping needs became frustrating, especially while traveling with a baby. While the hotel itself is attractive, the lack of consistent service significantly impacted our experience, and unfortunately, we would likely choose a different hotel for future visits.

    Super nice and new Marriot property. Being so close to the train station worked really well for our family and we did not need to rent a car for this trip we were able to easily train/uber everywhere. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a little early and held our bags for a few hours after checkout. Would stay here again!

    The hotel was very nice. Only downside is they don't have parking for hotel guests. You either have to pay for valet or park in the public parking in the area. The valet staff were very nice and timely. The hotel staff were very nice as well and were very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

    My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and while the room looked just like the photos online, we left feeling a bit underwhelmed overall. One of my biggest disappointments was that this is a brand-new hotel that only opened in February, yet our room had several maintenance issues. The outlet under the TV didn't work, the TV itself froze every few minutes while watching cable, and Amazon Prime on the smart TV wouldn't work. The bathroom fan was also nonfunctional, and most frustratingly, the only outlet in the bathroom didn't work. As someone who wanted to get dressed up for our anniversary, not being able to use the bathroom to blow dry or style my hair was incredibly inconvenient. Another surprise was the parking situation. Valet was $55 per night, and there didn't appear to be any other on-site parking option besides finding street parking or parking elsewhere and walking. We ended up using valet every day because it was the most convenient option, but it added a significant unexpected expense to an already costly vacation. On the positive side, the location was excellent and easily the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good, and I appreciated having the café and convenience store available on-site. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad but for a brand-new property and the price we paid, I expected fewer room issues and more transparency about parking costs.

    The property was very clean all the staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the valet workers. I booked this hotel in March of 26 and check in time was 4. Early check in was not available but at 4 pm the room was still not ready. We had a concert that evening we had to get ready for and we had to use the lobby restroom to change and get ready. I think I should have gotten a discounted rate for the hassle that was not our fault.
