Faucets handles had water spots on them before I even used room. Called front desk to send someone to clean. No one ever came.

Waited on room wasn't ready on arrival waited over 2 hours before I could check in. Was told front desk would call when room was ready. After two hours I called, they stated "oh yeah" its ready. Poor communication and care for customers. No reason room should have taken over two hours to prepare.

Room wasn't ready on arrival. This hasn't been the 1st occurrence. Staff have poor communication between 1 another. Towels and rooms aren't always clean upon arrival when ask for housekeeping no appears.

Safe clean place to stay.

The room was clean, parking adequate and the kitchen OK, large fridge was best appliance. However, you have to take outn your own trash and the dumpster was far from my room. I took all the trash out on the last day and drove to the dumpster.

The staff makes it a great place to temporarily stay.

Really liked the hotel. The only flaw was if you were not in for the night by 10:30 p.m. you were locked out with no staff. I was given a sheet with numbers to call if I was locked out but forgot the sheet so I felt nervous about getting back from my activity in time. It felt like a curfew. The hotel is well located.

One bad note is that our top bed sheets smelled like urine. Luckily, we were transferred to another room anyway.

I wont be back which is unfortunate because initially it was wonderful. I will be demanding a refund.

I stayed 3 days and there were ants crawling on the floors came from inside the walls I had told the front desk they didn’t do anything about it.
-
Clean stay, helpful staff, close establishments near by.
-
Staff was good. Hallway and room has some odor.
-
Sunshine the front desk person is the most rude horrible clerk you could ever meet. Something needs to be done about her unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior. What a horrible experience.

Review: I checked in on Friday and was initially impressed with the exterior and lobby—they were clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience changed once I got to my room. There was visible hair in both beds, which was very concerning and made me question whether the linens had been properly changed. I understand that daily housekeeping may not always be standard, but fresh, clean bedding for new guests should be a basic expectation. To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to reach anyone for assistance, as there was no front desk attendant available when I returned to my room around 11 PM. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and the lack of on-site staff to address the issue.

Loved everything about the place as usual The only bad thing was the bed made too much noise but it was comfortable
