Everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean and and the breakfast was good.

Clean room, nice staff, beautiful breakfast I was able to enjoy out under the gazebo each morning, pool was nice with no one else in it. Great stay!

Everything was great! The only complaint was, the bedroom doors in our suite wouldn’t close.

The breakfast mains change day to day which is nice. Room was cleaned the first 2 days of my 5 day stay. Comfy beds. Would visit again

Front desk was very helpful and the rooms were clean! Breakfast was amazing and well stocked

The room was very clean & spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices, the eggs were real & everything was fresh & hot. The staff was great, the night staff especially when kids were running the halls & knocking on doors they defused it very quickly. It was close to some shops & grocery stores.

Amazing stay beautiful hotel

Couch had something red smeared on it. Floor was dirty with leaves and hair. The bathroom door frame was tore up by a dog. Toilet still have spattered feces all over the back. Blinds did not work. Couldn’t close them to block out sun in the morning. Refrigerator had food finger painted on the front. couldn’t do anything due to checking in at 11:50pm. There was no management in hotel. Good thing was front desk said they have new housekeepers so they probably didn’t clean the room. Just make the bed. Offered to reimburse me is hotels.com reaches out.

Staybridge suites is our preferred hotel chain. We enjoy the layout of the hotel and the breakfast menu. We travel with children so the pool is always on the to do list. The towels were empty so I asked the front desk if we could get some pool towels, they said they would bring them down but they never did. Then there was large balls of hair in the pool so I had to use the net to clean the pool. I would have preferred to swim in a pond over the pool that day. Then we typically enjoy the breakfast bar but on this occasion they ran out of waffle batter and other items so I was just able to make 1/2 a waffle for the boys to share to hold them over till lunch.

The staff were friendly and helpful Dirty rooms and poor cleaning service. Lots of dust, stained couches, beds often not made all the way.
