We had to change our rooms 3 times due to cleaning issues, however the front desk and staff were extremely kind to me and accommodating to every concern. Once we got our room situated, it was an amazing stay. Due to the staff, I would go back for sure. However, the cleaning crew should definitely do a better job, for be guests.

We checked in late in the evening and staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was great with plenty of shops around and just far enough out downtown of Atlanta to be a little more quiet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Clean beds, soft towels, spacious room. Other than having to pay for parking, no complaints! Love how everything is locked down at night.

5/5! This place was so great. Great area with lots of things to do. The staff was amazing, there was a young lady with an accent and she was the sweetest, helped us navigate the city pass and activities to do in the area. Traveled with young kids and the floor was sound proof! So helpful! Would 100% recommend.

The property and stay was amazing as usual. Only issue we had was that housekeeping would give us towels and take out the trash, but they did not change the bedding or makeup the beds. We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, only after we complained did they change sheets and bedding. We were told bc we had things on the bed they could not change the sheets. The things on the were toys. Very weird experience.

Location and staff. Room was disgusting. Blood on bathroom counter and blanket was filthy.

Most of the staff was friendly and kind. The daytime and afternoon shifts were excellent people and the people in the kitchen was Awesome, and so kind. The young girl she was phenomenal. Thank you I was something Major , but we talked to the person and things got back on track
