Wonderful hotel, quite and safe, with comfortable beds.

The property was in an excellent location and we were able to walk to downtown Durango and the train station in 10 to 15 minutes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and informative and gave excellent suggestions regarding restaurants and places to visit or tips when visiting. I will stay there again if ever in Durango.

Relatively clean. Friendly Staff The breakfast was awful. Greasy sausage, watery eggs, hard boiled eggs overcooked and impossible to peel. Oatmeal watery!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was attentive, very professional. The location of the hotel is great. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants etc.

We stay here a lot. We come to Durango once to twice a month. This is our favorite place to stay. I do wish I could walk to downtown, but the place is always great. Sometimes see deer in the backyard. Breakfast is always good. They have decaf coffee. I have to have decaf coffee. Some places don't have that. WiFi has been weird the last few times there. I have my phone and tablet to automatically connect since we are there so often, but there seem to be no signal. It has only been that way the last month or so. I have set up a home office there before and the WiFi was fine.

Soap dispensers are on the side of tub/shower and are in the way. Could have been at end opposite shower head and would have been totally out of the way.

breakfast. no cereal, milk or yogurt. biscuits soggy and gravy congealed and lukewarm warm gave up and went to a cafe for breakfast.

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated, cozy fireplace in lobby (wish it was on), lovely view of mountains from our room. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, with usual selection of eggs, waffles, potatoes, fruit, tea/coffee/juice, with the addition of gluten free Udi's muffins. nothing
