DoubleTree Raleigh Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park

Room could have been cleaner. Had garbage under the bed still. Never knew why I always put 4 guest in the room, but is only giving 3 towels. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. I guess I had to read the fine print because I thought when I booked it was free breakfast. When I checked in the receptionist just told me that breakfast was the certain times and never explained or told me that it cost per person to eat breakfast. If I knew that in advance I would have scheduled accordingly.

I checked in late after a problematic flight. Property is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here agan.

Great place to stay near the airport. Staff was Aeros d the warm cookie was a pleasant touch.

Location was great! This was our first stay at this facility. When researching for a hotel, we look for 'oversized' rooms with some extra space. This met the criteria. I feel certain we will keep this hotel on our short list of places to stay. There was water on the carpet inside our room (#204), in front of the counter adjacent to the bathroom. We had to use a towel to 'sop' it up. No visible signs of the cause. I shared this with the reception desk when we checked out.

Cool location. Very quiet and in the cut

Wonderful staff, the restaurant was great. Could use more ramps to access the building. If there is more than one ramp it’s not obvious from the front of the building.

Convenient to airport. Clean and comfy beds. Located halfway between Raleigh and Durham for convenience to both cities.

I live the ambience. I could do my morning walking round the hotel because there’s a pathway for that. The cookies was only one choice. No vegan cookies

Highway noise all night. I had to try to sleep with a pillow over my head and could still hear traffic. A/C didn’t work well. Set on lowest setting & it kept shutting off & wouldn’t come back on until it was sweltering hot. I didn’t sleep all night. I was so tired driving home the following day, I had to pull over in a Walmart parking lot & sleep.

Nice quiet location. When checking out staff was rude about being out by check out time at 12pm the hotel was not full why bounce me out so quick did not like that at all

Beautiful hotel next time we will stay longer and enjoy all the amenities.
