The coffee maker in the room was broke. We needed to catch our shuttle to the airport at 9 am. Left our room and the elevator did not work. Late for our shuttle. Ice machines did not work. We had to go to front desk to get bag ice. Getting in and out of the parking area was a problem. Overall will not use this hotel again when we go to Atlanta to visit our son.

Ate at the bar, dinner was decent. Pool was not over chlorinated unlike most hotel pools. Only good part about the location was, it was only around the block from where we needed to go. The exhaust vent in our room was covered in dust. Only info about construction was a note in an elevator Out of the 3 elevators only one wanted to work correctly. I actually had to climb the 11 floors to my room at one point. Going down was easy but going up was tiring. Ice was in a little baggie in the lobby refrigerator. Hotel stuff needs to tell people things when they arrive about certain things, ie, how the TV works, ice location or even they have construction going on. Staff needs to tell people if the leave in their vehicle the protocol on how to enter and exit. 2 of the valet staff were rude. The price vs. Quality was not there.

Out of 3 days our room was cleaned once..bed was not made and I had to request coffee the second day.

--- much better this time around with the restaurant being the exception. At check-in we were told the restaurant would be open for dinner, but did not open at all for two days.Luckily, there are some good eateries in walking distance.

The elevator needs repairs, overall it was maintained ok. And the staff was friendly

Staff can do a better job dusting. But I absolutely love the location and the hotel. Will be back next year.

Elevators didn’t work the first night had to walk down stairs, I have bad knees. Not very pleasant walk.

The Housekeeping staff and the valet parking staff were very nice, ready and willing to assist.
