Told room was handicap accessible and it was not even though we had paid for a handicap room. In addition, water was not draining in shower. Diana was rude and unhelpful. The 2 trash cans in the room did not have bags for the trash, room didn’t look prepared.

THE LEMON SCONS WERE REALLY GOOD AND THE POPCORN, THE POOL AREA IS REALLY NICE THEY DIDN,T CLEAN OUR ROOM DAYLY AND THERE WERE NO TOWELS AT THE POOL AREA,WE HAD TO GET THEM. THE BREAKFAST HAS BEEN BETTER IN OTHER HAMTON INNS THAT I HAVE STAYED IN.

Upon arrival found a tick on the bed showed it to the desk clerk she said she’d tell mnnt. They never reached out to us! We didn’t use that bed luckily had another one. After stripping it down to check .
