Staff is so unorganized and doesn’t communicate

Everything was excellent!! Great location, overall super clean. Staff was super nice. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking again in the future. The only thing that could be better was the Valet parking. We were trying to get into the parking lot and they wouldn’t move the sign. It wasn’t until I talked to the hotel staff that they were able to move the sign. Even after we had told them we are guest in the hotel and showed our room keys. Maybe they can get a bit more organized.

We love staying here when we have to drive from az to San antonio. This time we didn't get any champagne at check in. Boo. We ate at both restaurants. Great to see our pet could join. But no area for dogs outside.

Honestly, I'm usually not a fan of hotels because they often don't feel very clean to me, but this one exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, conveniently located, and having multiple restaurants on-site made everything so much easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I also enjoyed the coffee shop and the late-night entertainment performances. My only complaint was the pool—it was quite small and much colder than expected, especially since it was advertised as a heated pool. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

It was a nice stay the pool on the roof was awesome great views very nice atmosphere the only problems we had where getting our key cards to work on anything besides our room door and that would take a few tries

I liked the ambiance of an old time luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had two dinners at the hotel. The Sabor was very good and a little different. Enjoyed the meal and service. The other dinner we had was at 1700 Steakhouse. Again the service was excellent, but the meal did not meet our expectations. While good, it was not excellent, and my steak was much cooler that I would have expected in a quality restaurant.

Amazing rooms and amenities, the pool is small but gorgeous, the restaurants and bars are great too. Location is in the heart of El Paso’s downtown

1. Room deco 2. Michelle who cleans our room 3. Ease of transport from hotel to airport 1. I had to wait in the rain at the airport with my wife, even tho I made advanced arrangements. 2. I couldn’t check out even an hour late but I see alot of people did just that when I was collecting bag drop. 3. The bottle mineral water taste off (stale?)
