Staff was amazing other than the front desk. We had to be let into our room every time we left to go anywhere, due to the keys not being able to be made! In addition to that there was no tv service due to the cable being out from the storm. So we left a day early, as it was boring with no tv, and having to be let into our room every time we left!

Beautiful place, but needs more friendly staffs and was out of service for all days that we stayed, breakfast was good but rooms was not cleaned I have to request it

I ended up being sent to another hotel because of some "room mechanical issues"...so I really don't have anything to go by.

Room and staff were great but ice machines were down and pool was down.

Lacking seemed to be items short on supply. Had to ask for coffee, juice etc. Could be due to being short staffed. Nothing in particular just not what I expected from a Marriot property.

Upon arrival, we were told that the internet was down and would not be functional until that evening. OK. The next day, we were told that it would be available later in that afternoon. On checkout the following day, we were told that it might be available after we left. We also had no working television. No one seemed to be working on the problem. We asked for a partial refund, but have received no reply as of this writing. 50% seems appropriate....

the staff was friendly,the room was clean and a decent size the mildew smell upon entering the building and the hallway, no lotion in bathroom the breakfast was all pork products and the Danish was stale and dry the juice was watered down taste like sweet water.i got more of a nice motel then hotel suite feel

Check in had a little bit of a hiccup. Clerk couldn't get computer to push reservation through.

1. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am on Christmas Day - we were told these false alarms are an ongoing issue, which is a problem for safety, beyond the inconvenience of getting pulled out of bed and into the cold 2. The pool had a layer of green scum across the top, and was ultimately closed down for ‘maintenance’ 3.On more than half of the days, hot breakfast was not provided due to staffing issues. 4.Overall, the room was in poor shape, it was dirty, there were holes in the walls, and the veneer had peeled off the furniture 5.At checkin, we were asked if we wanted housekeeping; when we said that yes we’d like it because we were staying for over a week, we were told it could not actually be provided. The only time our room received a visit was when we reported that we were running out of toilet paper

Bed was uncomfortable. Paid for room through booking.com. They tried to charge us again during checkout. Refunded it. A month later, the money came out of my account again. Customer service hung up on me twice and I have been unable to get this resolved.
