Horrible smell from AC Lights not working near bed Hardly any electrical sockets Staff helpful and friendly but not very effective as don’t follow up on issues Spoke good English Safe environment Well lite around hotel so good from safety point of view Many shops within walking distance of hotel USB charging sockets available Tv channels ok

The room Had a moldy smell ac didn’t really work and there was a lot of Beatles but not bed bugs thankfully

The gentleman at front desk was a kind and helpful man.

No microwave in room

overall was great! only thing that was not working as good was the air conditioning other than that i’ll stay again!

Comfortable stay

Smoke smell lingered, staff and area around smelled like weed, pool was dirty and closed

I had to cancel my stay because of allergies. Communication was great from the booking to canceling. They told me i have to call expedia for refund. When i called expedia they told me they will have to call the motel to confirm. But when expedia called them they declined the request for refund. Expedia customer service still went ahead and gave me refund.

The manager was very nice the receptionist Destiny went on and beyond to help in any issue. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. They would clean your room every day. There was a Hispanic receptionist that was very rude and not helpful at all.

First room was not even cleaned.Second room was extremely hot due to poor a/c.Also the room was full of nats

to many people hanging around outside. and people coming out early 4-5 am talking very loud

The outlets were burned out, Room was completely dirty, bed sheets had stains, floor had dog hair and insects, the room had a bad stench of cigarettes and the sinks smelled awful.

It’s was ok for a nights stay

The cost for the hotel. Loud noise from freeway and people staying there.

The outside of the property needs to be cleaned up. The rooms were clean and updated. No amenities offered such as shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer/ breakfast even though I thought they were offered. It may have been an oversight on my part. Clean place to stay for the price.

Loud people making noise.

Location is ok. Motel itself needs work and the main lobby staff too. The ladies cleaning the rooms are great

as soon as we walked into our room we noticed a couple of gnats (theres sitting water, crack under door, small gaps in walls in the bathroom) as night came about we noticed a few roaches. i also noticed that the light for the night stand didnt work. the staff was friendly and overall really kind. the property or rooms itself just kinda suck. there were people outside yelling for the portion of one night and on the other someone sat outside our window and played music loudly from their device. it is pet friendly though i have no pets ive seen many medium sized dogs around. i dont think id recommend. theres no microwave and the floors were dusty aswell.
