Amazing shower

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is older and not up to date. Not what you would expect fir a casino hotel. Needs some TLC.

There is nothing good to say here. The carpets are filthy. People loitering in the hallways that clearly aren't gambling OR staying in the hotel. There was a bug in the bathroom on the sink. Terrible representation of a Ballys casino. On a side note, the parking garage is a disgusting mess. Its just not a place I would recommend

It was an enjoyable visit. The parking garage was very nice to have during some rainy weather. I would be happy to stay there again.

Rooms are old and need serious repairs. Only plus is that it’s a place to sleep at the Casino, However the cost is wildly inflated vs what the age and amenities on the property. Also, even if you book and prepay thru Expedia , be prepared for an extra $25 hotel fee and $50 security deposit. The parking garage smells like pee and it’s a strong smell!

stunk, and was smokey, even in no smoking areas.. did not service rooms (replace coffee take trash towels) bums on sidewalk around property

Very affordable. Great view of river. Food was good. Parking was convenient.

Very small fridge on the floor, staff was rude and unprofessional, the entire places reeked of cigarette smoke, old and outdated, the entire hotel felt like a ghost town. The only place we saw anyone in the entire place was in the casino. And we wanted to stay longer but due to all the smoke our eyes and throats were burning. Mostly all the clientele was smoking heavily. And the fact that I had to move ash trays out of the way just to push spin on a machine…… gross!

Nice area, lovely view from the room of the river, room was clean. The hall carpets were a little dirty, maybe just need some replacing. But otherwise, fine

Stayed in Legends the hotel is very clean and the exercise room very convenient

Next to water It is getting dated. The tv was small. Needs to be updated. Carpet looks well warn. We had a cockroach in our room the second night?.

There were homeless people sleeping all over the downstairs part of the hotel in the casino and out front on the benches. There was also some guy walking around, talking to herself, throwing punches in the air. It was no Security. And the staff might as well be nonexistent because they don’t help you with anything

The stay was nice am disappointed that the Hotel being a casino hotel had no pool, or hot tub. No amenities, except food. The parking garage was a Lil trashy.

The cigarette smell in my room

Room was beautiful. It was actually smaller in real life than in the pictures online. My only complaint was the lack of hot water on the 6th floor. I understand it takes a bit to get water up that high, the water wasn't hot, barely lukewarm.

Older furniture, but very clean. Wished there had been small refrigerator though, for keeping our beverages cold.

The walls was paper thin can hear every door in hall! Lobby smelled like rotten eggs checking in! Smelled like every room was smoking weed in hallway lol!! Didn't like the lights it was 4 lamps thats it no ceiling lights!
