We arrived at 4pm check in and was told our room was not ready. We had a dinner and concert to get to and was assured room would be ready when we returned. When we returned around 1130pm that evening we were told there was a computer glitch and our room was given to someone else. We were then given a paper and told we had an other room waiting for us at another hotel. This happened to other guests as well. No discount or anything given for our inconvenience. Will not book against!

The hotel was quiet and clean. I received excellent service at check-in and was given a room wth a nice lake view. I was looking for a pet free hotel, which is becoming more difficult to find these days, so I was able to avoid some of the issues that pets sometimes cause.

The view of the pond from my room gave me peace and relaxation just what I needed for my big exam the next morning. The shower head looked like it was needing some adjustment
