I don’t think the room was actually cleaned prior to our arrival. There was candy that left by a prior guest just laying on one of the bedside tables. (They had separated the yellow chewy sweettarts from the others and left them, which I get, the yellow ones are gross.) There was a ring of grime around the bathtub that was a little off putting. The toilet seat was up and the bathroom trashcan was just sitting in the middle of the bathroom floor, as if maybe the crew got interrupted while cleaning. The property is super interesting and eclectic, the staff seemed nice. I think I anticipated them possibly “comping” our room when I brought the above mentioned concerns to their attention.

The Graduate was just right. Great location. Quick and friendly check in. Got free parking for signing up for Hilton Honors. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Fun bar. Good breakfast and really good coffee. Who could ask for anything more?

This is a great property. The staff was incredible! Great location!

Beautiful, fun property. The coffee situation is abysmal. Bad instant in the room. Only other option is a Barista at the bar at 630am, long line and starbucks prices.

Had a great stay at this hotel this past weekend, would definitely recommend. Also, I will be staying here again.

location front office staff

BUT the parking garage is awful. The first floor has a ceiling that has a lip, unmarked and scratched a bunch of our SUV trunks. Very unpleased with that.

Great stay. Perfect location.

Wonderful, friendly, welcoming and diverse staff at the front desk; they were absolutely fantastic. Large room, cleverly decorated. Good wifi. Unique building. The bathroom faucet is a little tricky, it splashed water on me every time if I didn't turn it on slowly and carefully. The toilet seat was loose, needs adjustment or replacement.

The location was excellent, and the lobby was very cool and welcoming. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We were on a very long road trip and we stayed in multiple places, including a few houses and condos with multiple bedrooms and yet this was still the most expensive place. We stayed. It was very small and the carpet seemed dirty and the icemaker broke.

Staff were excellent. Front desk helped me with a few items that went above and beyond.

Very nice and clean place with helpful staff.

Such a cute vibe. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Loved our stay. There was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to my family.

Although the hotel and area was nice, you have to pay for breakfast. Which was quite expensive. There also wasn’t any refrigerators in the room. They have a parking garage but you have to pay daily.
