Bathroom shower faucet was loose and difficult to turn off and on

I only stopped for the evening as a halfway point but it was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. I did not have time to use any amenities or have breakfast but I may stay there again on my way home. I wasn’t there long enough to answer. I arrived at 10pm and left at 10am. It was a nice halfway point from Florida to visit my daughter in NJ.

The room was good, clean, and quiet floor. Everything was just right. The front desk was very helpful and polite, and exceeded expectations, they even gave us complimentary cookies!! We will be back, this is now part of our annual family vacation routine! There was no pool access, at least when I stayed there, a little disappointing but not the end of the world.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly, courteous and professional in greeting us. My wife did find a bug on her bed and we showed it to the front desk folks and they said this was nothing to worry about as these bugs come out during the summer and it was a hot sunny day that day. We did not stay for breakfast but we did eat dinner at the restaurant on the lobby floor and the meals we had there were great. Good restaurant and I would strongly recommend them as oppose to going out to eat. Parking was convenient and available as self parking. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Worst thing I can comment on is the A/C blowing directly on the curtains. Very quiet, our supper was very to excellent and reasonably priced. Did not stay for the breakfast.

The balcony and free cookies The toilet was broke, and the balcony needs to be re grouted. There was no coffee in the room, and you could have had more cups.

Helpful, nice staff. Very nice inside. Outside, mainly the neighborhood, is a little tired.

The bathroom inside of the room did not come with enough necessary toiletries that I'd expect from a doubletree. No shower cap, q-tips, toothpaste, etc

Nothing the hotel has control over, surrounding area a little seedy, a guest had their vehicle stolen while it was parked next to the rear entrance
