A perfectly lovely facility, very clean with great staff. A bit of a challenge to get on the correct street. I could see it but couldn't find the way in, perhaps some better signage.

I'm from California. Same hotel, same layout of the room, but the Fayetteville NC room was sharper looking than even the casino suites I stay at...Props to the whole staff....

The staff was excellent and extremely courteous and professional. They made my stay very comfortable and were available to answer any questions I had. I want to commend the day manager Carly who went above and more to help me resolve an issue I had at the beginning of my stay. She set a great example for her staff to follow.
