The walls of the rooms are paper thin. One night the people in the room next door were partying until 4am and we got no sleep, The front desk tried once to stop it but the noise continued.

Nicest staff ever!

Front desk was helpful. Cleaning crew missed my room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Room was close to the bar and very noisy. Usually have a much better experience there. Will still go back based on previous experiences.

My sister and I shared a room on the quiet side of the building while my parents had the accessible room I booked for them. Both were comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast with fresh fruit, egg sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and waffles. The lobby and breakfast area is spacious and seating was never an issue. My parents said their roll-in shower had a too-short shower curtain. Water was all over the floor of the bathroom, which could have been hazardous or slippery. They also prefer firmer mattresses, but I loved ours and slept well, aside from the alarm going off at 6am because someone had left it set instead of turning it off. That wasn't the hotel's fault. I'd definitely stay here again. It's close to Green Lake State Park and the Erie Canal Trail. The staff was accommodating with a late checkout too - 12 noon vs 11am.

Nice friendless staff.Clean hotel, excellent breakfast, of which is included in your stay.. I will definitely stay here again. Close proximity to LA moyne college. Nice steakhouse, i'm the property and of course the street from plenty of shopping. This is a nice hotel

Clean and very pretty. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.

The accommodations were beautiful. The beds were memory foam ... not comfortable for anyone with a bad back. The foam also retains heat and is so hot.

Wonderful stay!

The room was clean but the a/c really noisy. Luckily no A/C was needed.

Kimberly, who checked us in at the desk was very kind, efficient, and helpful. I mentioned wanting to eat at the restaurant and she gave me an excellent recommendation of her favorite offering and also showed us a shortcut to the restaurant from our room. The room was comfortable. I again noticed the huge, fluffy bath towels and the excellent toiletry sipplues, which smell so good. This is the best hotel value ever, I think.

Clean room, great suite amenities, even a dishwasher! Loved our weekend stay!

We stayed here on a trip back from New England. It was clean, convenient, and a step up from a typical chain hotel. Our dinner meal next door at the tavern was excellent. A little noisy due to a wedding going on. Would stay again.

We had a nice stay, room was clean and fit our needs. Conveniently located in Fayetteville near restaurants and shops. Last visit we stayed on Carrier Circle, this was much better. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The look and feel of the property made it feel like home. The restaurant next door was great with amazing food and drinks. Staff was top notch

After returning home, we called and left several messages, but heard from no one. Several staff members kept saying that’s their protocol. Leaving the door opened once they finished cleaning for inspection. I can understand if the guest has checked out for the day. But when you have guess like us who are staying several days, that protocol is a terrible one. There has to be changes made to make sure your guests don’t feel violated we would never come back to this hotel.

Small town charm!

Nice, quiet, comfy centrally located. Free breakfast is a bonus. Modest but useful fitness room
-
The room smelled like sewage from the shower curtain and drain. There were cracks and holes in the dry wall. We have stayed here so many times and this was the most expensive and worst experiences at the craftsman’s after all of these years.

Our one-night stay was pleasant and pretty much what we wanted and expected. The room and the facilities overall were clean. The bed was comfortable. The bath was clean and the plumbing all worked as it should. The floor squeaked a bit. Breakfast was the typical hotel fare - self served cereal and bagels and fruit and such. I would stay there again if traveling through the area.
