The bed was so hard. Room was clean and nicely decorated. 2 queen room only had a office chair, no sitting chair. Didn't eat breakfast or use the pool. Staff was friendly. Location was good.

We had a nice clean, and quiet room. Very large bathroom and we were close to the downtown area.

The motel was ok. You have to have a pass to park. $6:00 was charged twice foe insidentals. I tried to call to find out what the two charges were for not sure if it was for parking, because we didn't get anything from them. I called them at the # that comes up for that hotel and they keep switching me to someone else. They hung up on me. I called my credit card company and they didn't have a direct # for them. So I will never stay there again.

Did not use fitness Ctr or pool area. Daily breakfast was ok and adequate. Would have appreciated a safe in the room. Cable TV offerings were limited. Overall satisfied for price, condition and location.

The breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but otherwise everything about our stay was perfect.

everything was great! My niece went swimming in the pool and she also used the hot tub. all was good there. overall a good stay. I would have liked a night stand or a shelf on both sides of the bed. but that's something minor, would not prevent me from staying there again.

What I liked about the property was its location close to downtown Flagstaff, I didn't need to drive around and look for parking spots during my time there. I could walk to the bars and restaurants and walk back safely to the hotel room. What could be improved is to update the hotel and also replace the bed mattresses and pillows, I could feel the bed springs in my back and the pillows got hot quickly.

Clean place and clean pool and patio

The price was too high. Every hotel chain has to balance the high profits they want against comfort and benefits for people staying there. Here, the balance clearly is biased toward profits. It does very little to make people feel at home. Some hotels clearly display information about the locality, restaurants and attractions. I had to ask at the desk, just to receive an unreadable, condensed single page "reference" to local restaurants. For the price, there should be a local shuttle--there is none. The room, while large and clean, was apparently furnished by some "designer" that had no feel for home. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. There needs to be another bench to place a suitcase at arrival for two occupants--the space exists. There are no hangers in the closet. There are cabinets that look ok, but no handles for the doors and they slam shut every time used, unless you pay extra attention to avoid--not good, nobody does that. The lighting is bad. There is no mirror in the room. The bathroom mirror is unusable for makeup or shaving, unless you bring your own, extra light; the light there is very weak. The television has very minimum programming. This hotel is clearly and intentionally designed to maximize profits, while providing the minimum experience for residents. It is a place to stay, but should be better.

I will definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in, clean property, comfortable bed! But the traffic noise was awful. Made it hard to sleep.

Walking distance to restaurants. Nice hotel. Clean. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. Nice towels, pillows, bedding, and air conditioning system. The beds were a little more firm than what we remembered from previous stays.

Staff at the breakfast were really good. We like the big room. It was nice to have a sitting area. For sure will stay there again.

Price was a bit high and neighborhood could have been a bit better, although not necessarily too bad.
